The Fivecoats Rv Park is owned and operated by a local family in Edna, Texas. Because we are a proud family business and are not a part of any corporation or national chain, we can provide our guests with the utmost personal attention they need.
With our centralized location our guests can both enjoy the benefits of peaceful country living as well as enjoy the nearby dining and shopping convenience at nearby Edna (2 minutes away) and Victoria (15 minutes)
Every site has a concrete patio with outdoor light and has both 30 and 50 amps available. With our free Wifi, BBQ pits, 24 hour washateria, and propane filling station -we have something for everyone!

Our MISSION: Provide extra-friendly and above and beyond service in a convenient beautiful location for local RV'rs, traveling folks, long term residents,
seasonal visitors and Winter Texans.
Our GOAL is to become life long friends with the folks who stay with us and for them to love staying with us so much that they come back again and again ... or, better yet, decide to stay with us for a lifetime!
Fivecoats History
The name "Fivecoats" comes from an old buriel ground close to our beautiful grounds. A tombstone with the name "Fivecoats" is located in this burial ground and we have named the park out of respect to this name!
